1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within Australia, including metropolitan areas and regional locations. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and confirmed. Please note that processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier. Rural and remote areas may experience longer shipping times.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over AUD $85. For orders under this amount, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items, but sometimes things can go wrong. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [customer service email]. We will assist you with the next steps and arrange for a resolution.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

8. Customs and Import Duties

For domestic shipments within Australia, there are no customs or import duties. If you are ordering from outside of Australia (if we offer international shipping in the future), customs fees may apply, and you will be responsible for these charges.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may have shipping restrictions or cannot be shipped to certain locations due to size or weight limitations. If this is the case, you will be notified before checkout.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
